Returns
30-Day Window:
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Important: To initiate a return, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@zedarii.com.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.
- Exceptions: Defective or damaged items (e.g., broken clasps, missing stones) must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges
What We Offer:
- Exchanges are available for size adjustments or style changes (subject to availability).
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fairness and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized pieces (e.g., engraved items).
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 5 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Provide clear photos of the issue to hello@zedarii.com. We’ll promptly offer a replacement or refund once verified.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice). Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 business days (e.g., bank delays).
International Returns/Exchanges
We accept international returns and exchanges. Email hello@zedarii.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties.
